Since the provincial government implemented a new round of administrative examination and approval system reform this year, our city strictly follows the work requirements of the provincial government, focuses on improving service quality and speeding up examination and approval, and closely centers on the “four reductions” (reduction of approval departments, reduction of approval items, and reduction of approvals) Link, reduce approval fees), actively carry out the reform of the administrative approval system, have achieved certain results, and played a positive role in optimizing the development environment. At the same time, in April this year, the city formulated and issued the "Notice on Comprehensively Conducting the Work of Clean-up and Standardization of Administrative Examination and Approval Items". At present, 57 items of approval items have been adjusted and 50 items of merged items have been consolidated. Currently, 401 items are retained, including administrative licensing items. 252 items, 149 non-administrative licensing items.
At the symposium, the participants made a speech combining the achievements, practices, experience and existing problems achieved in the actual work of administrative examination and approval, as well as how to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in the next step. The service team stated that it will bring back the collected suggestions and opinions, fully absorb and adopt, and implement the rectification and implementation.
After the meeting, the service team also visited the grassroots units and enterprises such as the Municipal Social Security Service Hall, Zhejiang Shike Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and had face-to-face communication with the grassroots staff.
